Admission Application of NCIC-Concordia HK Division
for 2025-2026 School Year（April exam session）
NCIC Concordia HKDSE Division is jointly founded
by NCIC and the Hong Kong Concordia Education Group, the large educational group based in Hong Kong with an 80-year history
in the Greater Bay Area. The Hong Kong Concordia Education Group. The powerful NCIC-Concordia alliance is aiming to provide
distinguishing Hong Kong elite education for families in the Great Bay Area.
As foundation stages of our NCIC Concordia HKDSE Program, the primary school and the middle school integrate the merits of
Hong Kong education with western and national education. We focus on consolidating learning of basic subjects, bilingualism,
multi-culture acquisition, personalized development and growth and connecting with the global community. The aim is to cultivate
students who understand and respect diverse cultures, inquire actively, possess extensive knowledge, innovate, care for others
and would become enthusiastic lifelong learners.

In the high school, students learn Chinese Language, Citizenship and Social Development, and Chinese History in Chinese. Students learn Mathematics and English in English. As for the other DSE courses, students can opt to study in English or in
Chinese, depending on on their English skills and career planning paths. As far as further studies are concerned, learning in
English would provide students with broader paths in further studies.
(Note: Learning in English means using English textbooks and teaching in a bilingual way. Learning in Chinese means using Chinese textbooks teaching in Putonghua.)

We will stream students into three streams based on their professional orientations and choices: Science and Engineering,
Humanities, and Business and Management. In 2025-26, we plan to operate eight classes in Grade 10, with three science
classes , three business classes , and two humanities classes.

一、 Admission Application

Admission Process：
(1) Online Application:
● Scan the QR code for NCIC Concordia HKDSE Division admissions ONLY. Please submit ONE application per child.
Scan the code to register online
● Offline Assessment:
Written exam (English, English Mathematics, Chinese) + Interview (English Interview + Group Interview).
● Submission of Documents:
Parents are required to submit documents at the school on the assessment day.
● Issuance of Admission Notice:
Successful applicants will receive an admission notice.
● Enrollment Registration:
Complete the relevant enrollment procedures.

Admission Grades and Requirements：
● Primary School：Grade 1 to Grade 6（Enrolls children of Hong Kong( China ), Macao( China ), Taiwan( China ), and foreign students)
● Middle School：Grade 7 to Grade 9（Enrolls children of Hong Kong( China ), Macao( China ), Taiwan( China ), and foreign students)
● High School：Grade 10（Children of Hong Kong( China ), Macao( China ), Taiwan( China ), and foreign students)

Open examination Period：
Examinations will be held in March, April and May. The number of available places will be allocated reasonably based on the number of candidates for each examination.

We will inform you of the specific schedule by email three days before the exam.

Tuition Fees：

Primary School (G1-G6): RMB 50,000 per semester
Middle School (G7-G9):RMB 60,000 per semester
High School (G10 ): RMB 70,000 per semester
● Accommodation Fee：
Accommodation Fee:RMB 11,300 per semester
● Evening Class：
Middle School 4,400 per semester
Middle School 6,600 per semester（Small group teaching）
● School Bus Fee：

● Meal Fee：

● Uniform Fee：
Boys: RMB 2,290 per student

● Textbooks Fee ( Hong Kong, China)：
The textbooks will be purchased by the school. Due to different textbooks for each grade, we will inform you of the detailed booklist and prices separately.
三、Submit required documents:
Parents or guardians must ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Please submit all required documents to the school Admissions Office in person.

C. Parents’ identity document(Photocopies)
D. If you’re the Hong Kong resident students:You need to provide HKID card/ Mainland Travel Permit/Passport(Photocopies)
E. If you’re the Foreign resident students:You need to provide Passport(Photocopies)
Ø All personal data provided will be treated in strict confidentiality and used for admission-related purpose by the school only. Information will be destroyed once the admission procedure is completed.
四、 Admission Results
The results of NCIC Concordia HKDSE Division in 2024-2025 will be released by email.Parents of admitted students are required to pay the tuition fee by the due date. Applicants who failed to pay on time will forfeit the place offered.
